I used SU chalks to draw in the background because I didn't have any city or town scene. The girl is RR and I embossed her than water colored her in. I used CE on the raincoat, light post and street gutters. Finally I added the silver cord and MS punch flower. I know the scene is a little dreary but she is smiling with red Stickles on her lips so I thought that the song and the sentiment went great with this.

This is so pretty! I love the soft background and the pop up that you gave to the RR girl, so awesome! Another favorite is how your created balance with the bold flower at the top with the cord...love it!
